This biweekly symposium invited two keynote speakers. Mr. Mao introduced content and formation process of his 'Principle of Optimal Allocation' briefly. Then Mr. Wang mainly discussed how to establish market economy ethic from the perspective of economics.
Mr. Mao reviewed his formation of optimal allocation and pointed out the importance of mathematical analysis in economics. Then Mr. Wang tries to apply this principle into ethnics. He pointed out that conscience is a life style that living in harmony with each other, offering help with each other, cooperating with each other and reciprocating with each other self consciously. He thought that market economy morals is very important for a country that establishing its market system. His report is reading guidance of his book Moral Boundary of Independent Right. There are two main points in his lecture: firstly, the market economy ethnic is not altruism but self-interest without hurting others; secondly, individual interests and social interests harmonize with each other and there are no conflicts between them.
